Returns and Exchanges:

Safe Start Baby is happy to exchange or refund items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please refer to the conditions of returns/exchanges.

Conditions of returns/exchange: We will accept unused items for a full return, less delivery charge, if the item is packaged in the original packaged carton, with original packing material, and is accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Return Instructions:
▫ All items must be unused and in original packaging and must include copy of invoice.
▫ There are no returns on used gates, strollers, car seats, opened DVD’s, or video’s.
